Seattle is an underrated west coast city I was lucky enough to grow up in. While increasingly more transplants are moving to the Emerald City via tech companies like Amazon, Microsoft, and Google, many born-and-bred Washingtonians still call the area home. While the city is known for its dreary weather (the steady rain mostly only takes place in late fall/early winter and in the springtime), Grey’s Anatomy backdrop, and Bill Gate’s hometown, there is much more to be experienced.
